Chad Beardslee, P.E.
Chad’s personal experience includes electric utility infrastructure and civil infrastructure. His experience covers transmission design, distribution design, ROW acquisition, substation design, GIS/Geospatial, LiDAR acquisition/analysis, environmental permitting, waste water treatment design, roadway design, water and sewer deign, flood plan and environmental studies. His transmission experience covers numerous projects in multiple states including both new and rebuild projects. From a civil engineering side he was involved in numerous municipal projects (arterial roadway design, water and sewer designs, etc.) with city municipalities and county officials. From an industrial standpoint he was also part of a team responsible for the site development of an oil and gas company’s staging and maintenance campus for natural gas exploration in central AR. Jon D. Cartwright, MBA
Jon spent the majority of his career working within the financial operations of a two large companies. His primary areas of emphasis have been in costing and cost evaluation and corresponding rate development. He performed financial analytics and developed rates for services, helped implement a costing program and developed business plans for large capital purchases. Once a new rate solution was implemented, Jon would go back and compare actual data to the projected data to see where the projections fell. Through that experience he learned both the art and science of good rate design. Jon has the skills to help with any of your analytical solutions needs.
